Steve Allen used to have a TV show called Meeting of the Minds, where actors portrayed various historical figures sitting around a table discussion various things. It was very well researched and acted, and was a favorite show of mine. This painting by Andy Thomas reminds me of that show. Wouldn't it be interesting to be able to sit and listen to the conversations underway at this poker game?
