Mr. C. Hits a Front Page!

If I had my druthers, I really much prefer to be somewhere in the background, rather than in the spotlight. However, I also realize that with all of the negative news regarding guns these days, any opportunity to show guns, shooting, and shooting sports in a positive way is a positive event for all of us who enjoy shooting.

Justin Burnett, reporter for the South Whidbey Record, our local paper, did an interview of me, and took a few pictures. After a short demonstration and some safety discussion, Justin had a go at the steel with my Open Division S&W 22A. I was a bit surprised to see just how much natural skills he had. He really shot the 22A well. With a little practice he could be a very good steel shooter! Nice job, Justin!
