Yup, it was 1961 and, like thousands of others, I'm in college studying to be an engineer. Why? Because the Russians were ahead of us into space and we had to get ahead of them. Of the 135 that started, we were down to about 75 at the end of the first year - and I wasn't one of them! I think that about 5 of the 135 received a degree in engineering. OldeForce
