"Machine Gun Sammy"

In 1996, Judge Samuel Alito was the sole judge who dissented from his Third Circuit Court of Appeals colleagues when they upheld the authority of Congress to ban fully automatic machine guns.

That's a gutsy move, in my opinion, to go against political pressure and go with the Constitution on an emotionally charged issue.

Not only that, the Brady Bunch are already calling him "Machine Gun Sammy!"

If they really don't like him, he must be OK!
